My shoes and socks are soaking wet, but the experience just made me reflect on how lucky I am to be tall, and how efficiently I can travel relative to the average person on uneven ground in the rain. Uneven ground in the rain and in the dark though is another story.

I’ve been reading a lot of stuff about economics and healthcare today, and it just strikes me as so odd that modern economics is based on the idea that humans are rational actors. I realize that is kind of a dorky field, but haven’t these people ever dated?
